Just across the hall from [[Atmospherics]] is this half-completed room. Nobody knows what it's supposed to end up as, but you're free to finish the room in your image. Otherwise, its a quiet, dark corner of the station that hardly anyone visits.
The name sums it up. The perfect place for any aspiring engineer to practice. It is an empty room to the north-west of engineering which you can use to practice construction or turn it into something better!
