Conflatumalations! you have been picked to be the most abused thing on the station!

Here is my (incomplete, will add more when i get home) guide to be a good, robust borg

Before we begin, remeber the golden rule to not be emagged:DONT TRUST STRANGERS TRYING TO OPEN YOUR COVER, they probably want to either kill you or (if you are lucky) Emag you

Interface

when you start you are given item slots and a tape recorder icon, click this to change module

You can pick from these modules:

Engi: You are less likely to be abused, here are some of your main jobs: Fix minor problems assist with the singularity Be the port of call when traitors utterly destroy the station You have many essential tools at your disposal including (but not limited to) a majority of the items from a toolbox, a metal dispenser and a glass and wire dispenser. These dispensers regenerate over time while you charge and are a godsend, you will need them... You also have a flash at your disposal and it is wise to save it so it doesnt burn out (even though it can be fixed)some uses: Incapacitating people causing damage or harm, to stun fellow borgs or as a traitor to aid killing people. If you are emagged, you will gain a electric arm that acts like a ghetto stun baton.

You also have a rapid construction device, it has 3 settings, walls and floors, airlocks and deconstruct.

A mini guide to rapid fixing:

Walls:Simply click the girder with metal, if the space is blank either use your RCD or create grille from metal sheet, wrench it and then add metal

Floors: If there is just empty space use your RCD else just add tiles

Wiring: Crowbar the floor and stand the direction you want to place wire in from the previous tile, and click.

SECURITY BORG Without a doubt these are the ones that get wrecked first by non antags, also most likely to be emagged

As a sec borg you should always check in with the HOS for an assignment although it is mostly patrol. You also have an array of stunning items such as a taser, the taser draws directly from your charge so be sparing in its use.

Catching criminals and playinga sec borg

As a sec borg you can choose to be: THE LAW A asshole of a bot, strictly enforcing even the dumbest laws

Paladin A more vigilante style bot who Will protect the crew first and get stuff done after everyone is safe. (less likely to be abused like this)

JANITOR awesomeness on wheels, wherever you go you clean! easy as that, you also have a light replacer and a trash bag

SERVICE Basically, you dispense money and space beer, there are different styles to choose from such as BRO and BUTLER

MINING

Terminology, for those who dont understand the terms used by borgs and roboticists alike.

MODULE RESET A upgrade where your module is reset, to perform this, print a module reset board from the fabricators, ask a human to unlock and crowbar you open and put the board in you Easy (don't state these instructions unless the human is incompetant)
