Remove the redundant and misnamed weapon section and move its text to offense. Move the PKA to the misc energy gun section, organize the modkits in a collasped table and remove all the description text that I could in an attempt to make in not strech the cells on 5 kilometers. Rename the mining section to plasma cutters since it's now only plasma cutters and replace the dismemberment chance on the damage description with a line of text in the introduction of the section.
