Fixes surplus rifle magazine because I messed up, adds proper magazine to laser rifle
(Adds the M1911 as well as each firearm's matching magazine type, updates the Tommy Gun section to reflect its current stats and cleans up the Sniper Rifle and Laser Rifle descriptions (It's not meant to be a "write better Jelly", you're a great editor and you get the vital information out))
