<li>Available via uplink, looks like a station bounced radio.</li>
<li>When set to the proper frequency, it will inhibit any radio communication on the adjacent tiles (including intercoms!)</li>
<li>Can be deployed using a wrench boosting it's range to 5 tiles. This will also change the icon to a more suspicious one.</li>
