Virology is located in the southern section of Medbay and is where [[Virologist]]s experiment by creating and curing viruses. Virology is completely disconnected from the station, there is no atmospheric connection and no disposal connection. It's disconnected via two airlocks that are remote controlled, to ensure one is always bolted.

The virology lab is where the virologist will spend most of their time. It contains a [[File:Smartfridge.png]] smart virus storage which is used to store viruses, a [[File:Mixer1.gif]] PanD.E.M.I.C 2200 which is used to create and cure viruses, and a [[File:Virus_food.png]] virus food dispenser on the wall. There is a disposals unit to the south, but be careful as this leads directly to space. Make sure to deposit any harmful or useless viruses to this.

The monkey pen is located north-west of the lab and holds two [[File:Monkey.png|50px]] monkeys. These monkeys are there to experiment on. There are shutters to the windows that are usable by pressing the button just outside of the pen.

The east side of the lab holds two small rooms that are intended for crew members (or monkeys) that have come in contact with a rare or harmful virus. The rooms have a bed, table and closet in them.
==Break Room==
The break room is located north-east of the lab. It has a bed, an [[File:IV_Drip.png]] IV drip and a [[File:Freezer crate.png]] blood freezer in it - useful if a patient has lost blood due to a virus. It also holds spare [[File:Plasmadone.png]] plasma sheets and a [[File:Blender.png]] grinder to turn it into liquid plasma.
The rest of the break room has items intended to give the virologist an actual work break, without even having to move out of the lab! It has a microwave and donk pockets, as well as a clothing vendor. The break room has recently been equipped with a mail outlet, allowing the virologist to receive mail sent from [[Cargo Bay]].

Virology is the spot to test diseases, except not on humans. You, the [[Virologist]], have a chemical reagent terminal above the southern table which contains a labeler, a box of syringes, two beakers of diseases to start with, and a box of beakers. You have another table above the entrance which contains a luminol bottle and a box of latex gloves. You have a therapy area which contains a bed and a locker. You can test on people if they say it is okay. There is a locked medicine locker and a biosuit locker. There is also a pen of five monkeys to test on plus a room with three beds.
