Prisoners found guilty of capital crimes may not be executed summarily, and executions must be done through the proper channels through a Captain's permission or a Trial with a minimum jury size of 6 non-security crew members. However, an execution cannot be immediately sought without exhausting the other options of punishment, being Permanent Prison Time, Permanent [[Labor Camp]] Time, or Cyborgization, or if the prisoner meets one of several criteria: | |||
