Accents
An accent modifies what your character says to give you a particular "accent", a list of which can be found below.
For example, an owo accent would turn Can I get insulated gloves, please? into Can i get insuwated gwoves~ pwease?
Accents can be chosen in the character setup menu under the "Language" header, using the "Accent" setting. You can also select the "Randomized Accent" quirk to bypass this setting and give you a random accent.
