Disposal Pipe Dispenser mechanics

Needs clarification on Pipe Dispenser mechanics. Both entries contradict each other.

I am not sure what you mean contradict what. I see you changed it to say that you can drag the Disposal Pipes onto the Disposal Pipe Dispenser, but I see to be unable to do this. I would like clarification on if it really is impossible to get rid of Disposal Pipes.
