The centre of the lab contains a number of useful items to assist xenobiologists in their studies; such as [[File:Plasmadone.png]] solid plasma sheets, some [[File:Monkey Cube Box.png]] monkey cubes on the glass table, along with the slime storage, slime processor and monkey recycler. Here there is also a disposals unit. This one is not paired with a containment pen - it leads straight into space, that way the ''lab rats'' can't escape into the [[Disposals|disposal system]]. | |||

This chamber was built to be used for xenomorph experimentation and to secure other hostile creatures, but now-a-days it is commonly used as a larger slime pen. In the rare case of a xenomorph actually getting contained, there are a number of safety measures set in place. The electrified windows, in case they weren't secure enough, comes equipped with blast doors that are accessible from a button just outside the chamber. | |||
