Added a note to Experimental Dissection, saying it can't be used by borgs - I was confused about why I couldn't do it in-game, checked the code, found that borgs aren't meant to do it.
(removes outdated cringecode references also you guys LOST step 3 how do you just LOSE step 3 is it ??? or what step 4 isn't profit so ?????????????????????)
