Adding tons of plasma to the moderator will increase K too much for the control rods to handle, and a meltdown will be almost guaranteed. Alternatively, clog the coolant output so that the pressure builds up enough to cause a blowout, which is much more lethal. You can also set the pressure on one of the pumps to zero but keep it on to trick people into thinking it's working and something else is wrong.
