These cells are in the Brig. They hold people sentences to carry out sentences. They can be sealed from the Warden's office to prevent breaking out (or breaking in). They have mounted flashers, a bed and a personal locker. There is a timer attached to them which, when activated, closes and locks the door preventing the prisoner from leaving and accessing their locker until the timer has run out. Those with security access are still able to enter the cell if needed although not recommended.
