Community Manager is essentially public relations and is the direct bridge between players, staff, council and Host. They are responsible for talking to people, gathering feedback, sending that feedback up the chain as and when needed and partaking in the training/helping of new staff.

It allows these former administrators to continue to be part of the staff team without the activity requirements that are needed for regular staff.
