A place of worship and revenge - more changelings have been burned here than history can remember. The chapel is located just east of Arrivals. The chaplain works here. Asteroidstation chapel is separated into four parts: The chapel, the chapel office, the crematorium and a separate area for mass driver "burials".
Chapel
The main room of the chapel is where most of the chapel visitors will stay in. It has a table and chairs and is the perfect place to host readings and to try converting the crew to your religion. Next to the table there is an Altar, which is used to make sacrifices to your God.
To the east of the chapel is a confession booth where a crew member can confess their sins privately to the Chaplain. This is also a great place to hide things, as the confession booth is rarely used.
Chapel Office
The starting place of the Chaplain, this place contains items for religious purposes:
*Crayons: Used for decorative purposes, such as drawing runes for sacrifices.
*Null Rod: Only the chaplain can change the look of this item. It is mainly used as a powerful weapon against cultists.
*Flask of holy water: 30u of holy water will deconvert cultists.
*Coffins: Eight coffins are available in the area directly to the right of the Chaplain's office. These are used for the dead if you choose not to cremate them, provided the Cook doesn't get there first.
Crematorium
The room leading off from the Chaplain's office to the left is the crematorium. It is famous with antags and non-antags for being a safe body disposal system. The crematorium provides the Chaplain with a place to get rid of bodies if there is a lack of coffins or the dead requested to be cremated. You will often find the Captain or a Security Officer forcing their way in to cremate an evildoer.
Besides from the cremator, this room also has a morgue tray. The morgue tray is useful for storing items or bodies before their funeral.
It also contains:
*Spirit board: By finding another living person, you can ask the dead questions. If any ghosts are around they can communicate back, but only one letter at a time.
*ChapDrobe: This most blessed and holy machine vends clothing only suitable for chaplains to gaze upon.
West of the crematorium, through maintenance, is the room where the chaplain will end most funerals. Take a coffin from behind the glass windows on the left, place a body inside, go to the mass-driver (located in the north-west corner) and prepare for the best send-off you've seen in your life. Make sure to gather crew to the chapel before they get sent off though, as they will love saying some final words.
