renames white tiziran to kriiya, renames drunken espatier to m'thalu, adds additional effects to bacchus, justicar's, and planet cracker, as well as removing lizard wine requirement from the last
(adds all the drinks from the lizard food pr, still needs to implement recursive chems for all the new reagents, but this will be a place-in for now)
