** ADDED: I prefer a mixture of dex plus and doctor's delight. Unless the patient has been damaged while in crit, most of the damage below 0% health is due to oxygen loss. Dex plus effectively restores the patient to almost non-critical level, giving you plenty of time to get him to Medbay or use medicine - medicine like DD. Usually, after an injection with the hypo with DD and dex plus, the patient comes out of crit by himself.
