Please add things you want me to '''get done or delegate''' to this list.
===Forum Policy===

1. Write down forum behavior policy and make it visible on the forums. This specifically regards shitposting, its definition and its punishments. All policies in general should be compiled somewhere, either relating to their own subforums or the forum itself. in other words, there should be no hidden or obscure policies.
===GitHub===

<strike>2. SoS has to convert the servers to the new forum, specifically in regards to the ban database. This is the database itself, the link given upon receiving a ban and the forum button in byond.</strike>
<strike>1. Due to the workload involved and the effort to increase coding standards and testing standards a new maintainer structure needs to be created. My current focus.</strike>

3. Make an additional tag for BYOND, as people are registering with different usernames than their byond name and nobody knows who they are. Maybe make it mandatory?
===TLE's Forum===

<strike>4. There does not appear to be an ability to PM on the new forum.</strike> You can PM via a users profile or near the bottom of a post there is a "PM" button.
1.Get a copy of the original forum archive and get it up on the website the original archive that we were using dissapeared into the ether SoS may be getting a copy from TLE soon(should get confirmed).

5. Delegate Forum Administration to someone in the mean time.
The forum archive is needed because a lot of information about additions over the time then are still important and relevant to reference to.

===Forum Additions===
===Wiki===
<strike>1. Archive forum for locked FNR posts?</strike>
1.Get Jordie to setup a forum thread to get people organised into streamlining the wiki. Aka removing all the links going to another link going to a page.

<strike>2.Setup a possible plan with NT to allow easy splitting of pages to allow easy changing of pages to reduce the amount of copy and pasting and errors appearing if possible.</strike> Pretty much already done there is a template just nobody makes content for NT on the wiki at the moment.

===Game Addition===

===Wiki Policy===
2. Create a simple feedback form for admins for any issues they find with admin tools because there are lots of forgotten issues that should be fixed but are not yet on github and most people forget about them.
1. Create a proper wiki policy so Jordie dosent have to.

===Web Statistics and Tools===
1.New page with advanced statistics and possibility to get graphs from to make presentation of information in forum easy for discussions. Could use this [[http://jpgraph.net/download/]]

2.A Open Source online tool to interact with the ban database using Php so admins can ban and look at logs and etc when not on byond.

3.Get a copy of N3X15's map to image tool so the wiki can easily get a copy of the map and have it rendered whenever a update occurs automatically for any map.

4.Get a concensus on what information should definitly be private and allow anything that isnt be viewable by anyone by a public version of the ban database without any tools if possible.

1. Due to the workload involved and the effort to increase coding standards and testing standards a new maintainer structure needs to be created. My current focus.

===Coder Management===
1. Create a online list avaliable for coders to write down if they are going to be away for a while so people dont forget and complain.

===Byond 500+Features===
1. Try and get people interested and set out basic plans for what could easily be merged down and get a standard template which sprites agree is easy to understand and new ones to learn. (Can use Adamdirtyape's post and advance on from that [[http://tgstation13.org/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=145]]

2. Create a guide for what could easily be updated to Byond 500+ features or is suitable for them so people who dont use it still can refer to something simple and not get fooled by google or old searches.
